WorldFoodHub is a trusted online Indian grocery store serving customers across the European Union. We offer a wide range of authentic Indian food products, including spices, snacks, lentils, flours, ready-to-eat meals, frozen foods, and much more. 2. Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all countries within the European Union. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location, and you can view detailed information at checkout.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1โ2 business days. Standard delivery within the EU usually takes 3โ7 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options available in your region. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
5. Are your products authentic and fresh?
Yes, we source all our products directly from reputable Indian brands and suppliers to ensure authenticity and freshness. We regularly update our inventory to maintain high quality and meet EU food safety standards.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can contact us to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Please reach out to our customer support for assistance.
7. Do you offer returns or refunds?
We accept returns for unopened, unused, and non-perishable products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Perishable items (frozen foods, fresh vegetables) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
9. Is my personal information safe on WorldFoodHub?
Yes, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. Your personal information is securely stored and never shared with third parties without your consent.
