1. Refunds for Shipped Orders

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Non-refundable items:

  • Perishable goods such as fresh vegetables, frozen foods, and dairy products.
  • Customized or personalized orders unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Otherwise, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Refunds for Pick-Up Orders (with Gift)

For orders picked up in-store:

  • Refund requests must be made at the time of collection if any issue is found immediately.
  • If issues are noticed after pickup, contact us within 7 days for eligibility.

Gift Items:

  • If you received a free gift with your order, the gift must also be returned in its original condition to process a full refund.
  • If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days after approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
